We strive to keep our shipping costs to a minimum, to give our customers great value for money and will never make a profit from it. For UK orders over 900g we only ship by Special Delivery so that your purchased is covered with the correct insurance. The same principle applies to international orders over 500g. However, if you think we have got the cost of shipping wrong on your order, do get in contact and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that if you are ordering from outside of the EU your package is subject to import tax and duty. It may also be held at customs for up to 2 weeks – it’s a pain but it’ll be worth it!
Orders from within the UK or Europe are not subject to customs checks or import tax and duty.
Delivery Times
We ship orders within 1-2 working days, unless we specify otherwise. Please allow time for processing when you place your order, in addition to the time it takes for the order to get to you once it has shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
The delivery times listed below are provided by Royal Mail for guidance. Orders sent via courier are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.
